These were amazing! I am not a fan of frozen spinach, so I used fresh spinach and chopped it up finely. Instead of cottage cheese, I used cream cheese, and the feta was a Mediterranean herb feta, which definitely took it up a notch. The homemade phyllo cups are definitely worth the effort.
