This was an awesome dish. I can't stand spam. The Asian flavors covered up the taste of spam. My husband said it was restaurant quality. Will make again, but I think I'll add pork to it next time

I didn’t expect much out of this because I don’t care much for spam, but I happened to have some in the pantry due to hurricane season and I needed to use it so I tried this recipe and was VERY pleasantly surprised. As someone else said this could be easily changed by meat factor if needed. I will def make this again!

Yum! Super easy recipe. I used the lower sodium SPAM and added chili oil instead of siracha (?sp). Definitely a repeat meal

Such an easy and filling dish. Leaves you open to adjust the flavor to your own liking.
