- 4 oz. whole wheat spaghetti (or Dreamfields, I like my favorite Italian whole wheat spaghetti for this recipe.)

- 3 oz. arugula (baby, preferably organic)
- 1 tsp. minced garlic (finely, more or less, to taste)
- 1/4 cup pasta (cooking water)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
- Parmesan cheese (for serving, preferably freshly grated)

I made it with 1/2 pound of pasta, 3 sausages and 5oz of arugula. the arugula did not wilt enough. if making a larger batch I would recommend steaming the arugula first
