Easy and delicious! Before I was doing carbonara with cream and onions but never again, THIS is the receipt.

Tried several carbonara recipes before. This is the only one that actually turned out as expected! The whole family loved it and it's fast and easy.

Super simple and good. I used leftover egg yolks from a cake I had made earlier and added cream to lighten it (normally the egg whites would probably lighten it enough.)

It turned out great. I'll definitely make this again, however I don't think my pasta to "sauce" ratio was quite right. The next time I'll use less cheese, and adjust at the end I had mixed the cheese and eggs together to let them warm to room temp, and I think I had more than needed for the amount of pasta I had made. It was incredibly rich. Not a bad thing, just needs an adjustment

Follow directions... it turned out delicious I will add whole garlic cloves and seat them with the meat

delicious, everyone loved it including our increasingly finicky 2 year old. had no problems handling the eggs, if your pan is big enough & you have good tongs it's a breeze. i'll definitely be making this again
