Family loved it! As with previous reviewer, used leftover lobster but also substituted canned no salt added diced tomatoes......would love to try with fresh but adjusted cooking time accordingly. Great little recipe for fresh lobster but also accommodating to leftovers. Family sprinkled with fresh grated Romano but I enjoyed it without. Highly recommend!
