This was awesome! I loved it ! I added a spinach layer with success. It was a little runny when the water cooked out of the veggies but other than that no problems.

Amazing!! Finally a true replacement to traditional (pasta) lasagna for those wanting a low carb option.
Tip: Be sure to press out the liquid/water from the (cooked) squash to minimize excess liquid in your final product.

Delicious guilt-free lasagna! I am watching my carbs so tried this as an alternative to pasta. Had great flavor and re-heated well. I froze some too because it makes a big batch! Will definitely make again.
