    Everything required more time than the recipe called for, but overall tasted great!

    Skipped the breaded chicken , used grilled instead for less calories and added onions .Used a sauce in a jar (Prego) instead of plain tomato sauce. Was delicious even my 4 year old ate his whole plate,

    It's one I'll make again. Ive tasted it once and it fit my criteria for healthy diet. A second and third tasting will help me decide if I need to do something else to the squash to enhance its flavor without adding excessive carbs or fat. I'm a novice cook. Liked the bread crump breading on the chicken.
