    Excellent meal for a cold late summer night in New England. I substituted organic, grass fed ground beef for the sausage crumbles. I thought the blend of cheeses was perfect. Easy to prepare and since my family loves spaghetti squash, it was a big hit! I will be making this again, since Farmer’s Markets are full of winter squash now.
