    Labor intensive, but worth it! I cut off the ends of the squash, split and seeded, oiled and salted it, and roasted it open side down. ULTRA tender!

    Second time making this dish and I used coconut oil during the process and really seemed to bring out the flavor. I used turkey bacon instead of pork bacon.

    I recently switched to a Keto lifestyle. I made this dish for my son's birthday, so I would have something to eat instead of regular lasagna. Even the pasta lovers loved this dish!

    the squash had a nice texture, it was pretty garlicky, which was a good thing for me, I just thought the cheese taste would be more prominent considering the quality of the cheese I used. I would recommend trying though.
    I accidentally overcooked the eggs but it still was very good.

    Excellent. If your looking for something different, this is delicious. My Grandson is very fussy, but he devoured this with no problem, I think it’s the bacon. Who doesn’t like bacon. Lol

    To make it creamier, as other reviews suggested it needed, I substituted coconut milk for the chicken broth. I also added broccoli and spinach. It came out quite tasty and creamy.

    cut roasting time to 40min. by cutting squash into rings, removed seeds, seasoned with oil, salt & pepper. added benefit of longer strands. also added tbl of butter for extra creaminess. has bacon, cant go wrong!

    Went above my expectations!!! However there are better ways to cook spaghetti squash... for example cut it in half... put it in a bowl with 1/4 filled with water and then microwave it for 15 minutes (maybe longer depending on size) may have to do this per half... such a good recipe though!

    This was the first time I made a spaghetti squash recipe, and it was really good. The squash cooked perfectly in 60 minutes. The flavors were yummy together. I used turkey bacon for a little less fat. We really were pleasantly surprised how much we liked it.

    This turned out awesome! i did cut the squash in half, added pepper, salt, & olive oil, before roasting it in the oven. i didnt measure how much bacon i added, im guessing more then the recipe calls for. This was a big hit in our house! I will definitely make this again!

    Great recipe!Delicious and simple!I put 5 slices of bacon when I tried it for the first time,will put more next time.A little tip:try cutting spaghetti squash in half before putting it in the oven (flat side down),slightly salted,peppered and olive oiled :) that way it will only take 40 mins for it to cook(again depending on the size).I also removed the excessive grease from the bacon before adding garlic.Other than that-perfect and healthier alternative to regular carbonara made with pasta and cream (original recipe doesn't require it).

    It turned out really well! Next time I'll add chopped onion and pressed garlic (i used sliced garlic and it was too strong, oops). Also, less salt (again, my oops, haha).

    absolutely love this recipe have made it several times now and I lean toward more bacon and cheese the onions are a must wouldn't have the right flavor without them. Growing spaghetti squash next year for sure

    This turned out great. I used turkey bacon instead to be a little lighter and cooked the cheese and eggs for about five minutes until everything was heated through. Also sautéed some Italian veggies to serve on the side for a complete meal.

    Awesome! Little confused on how long to cook the egg mixed with cheese tho I modified it by adding chicken and broccoli
