These are soooo good! The only change I made was to add a little salt to the dough and a little garlic under the cheese, and they were amazing 🤩
Also, I didn’t bother trying to flip the dough with a spatula, I covered it with another piece of parchment paper and flipped it that way, I’d definitely recommend that over trying to use a utensil to do it

These are really good! No one would mistake them for actual breadsticks, but they’re delicious.
