Absolutely loved this!! I am not keto or paleo - no dietary restrictions at all and still loved it!! Easy and quick to make. I ate this as my meal. I was worried I would want something else to go with it but a second helping was it!! I even convinced my 14 year old son to try it - even he thought it was ok. So good that I shared this recipe with several coworkers who also loved it! Have already made it again!

OMG, I have never made spaghetti squash like this. I had a large squash from our garden, and I usually cook it and add butter, but this recipe was a game changer!!!! My husband LOVED it, and so did I. I will never make boring spaghetti squash again! If I could give it ten stars I would!

I prepared my squash in the oven and used Italian seasoning instead of thyme since I had it on hand...turned out amazing! We also used extra cheese :)

Loved, had to microwave the spaghetti squash first to be able to cut it open. I Recommend topping with lots of pepper.

It turned out great - made with half sour cream half Greek yogurt and did add some extra cheese - i made another once the first was finished !

Made this tonight. It was great with no changes. Fresh thyme yum. Actually warmed it off the fire on the barbecue.

This dish turned out really good and by cooking the squash a day ahead it was so quick and easy to prepare! I liked all the reviews and used suggested ricotta cheese and plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream with 1/2 a chopped jalapeño to add more spice!

Really really good! Has tons of great flavour and a nice creamy texture. Wouldn't change anything.....except I would make more next time :)

This was so good. Following low carb diet and fits in well. Hubby liked it too! Made with no modifications. Will make again.
