One of my favorites! I’ve made this a few times since discovering this recipe a couple months ago. It makes a good bit so it lasts a few days. I pressure cooked my spaghetti squash in my instant pot so it only took about 20-30 minutes.

This is really good and simple. I added broccoli and sausage to make it a dinner.
