Have made this numerous times. I prefer to make my own mixes over the store bought pre-packaged mixes, filled with ingredients I can’t picture in my head.. That said, I do like me an easy mix to throw together in a heartbeat.... I work some evenings and the hubby likes the easy stuff and the kids gobble it up. I skip the tomato paste and toss in a box of diced tomatoes (500g), then adjust seasonings a little. And then dinner is served!
