- broccoli
- 70 grams pancetta
- 50 grams pine nuts
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 4 Tbsp. white wine
- basil
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 80 grams Parmesan cheese
- 250 grams spaghetti

Directions
- Heat a large dry frying pan — you want all of the nuts to fit in a single layer — over medium-high heat. Add the whole nuts and toast, stirring often. When they are fragrant with a light-brown color, remove from the heat. It shouldn't take longer than a couple of minutes.
- Cook the onions, broccoli and pancetta. Pour a little white wine
- Then add dijon mustard and basil
- Put the pine nuts
- Finish it off with the Olive oil , shredded parmesan chees and black pepper
