    Easy and satisfying! Used bacon and doubled the garlic. Also used leftover cooked angel hair pasta; warmed quickly in the same skillet, then tossed w the egg/cheese mixture. Topped it with some green onion. Great use of staple ingredients!

    This was delicious, and quite easy to make! I served it with a tossed salad, and a homemade loaf of Italian bread! The entire family loved it!!!! By the way, I used even more garlic than called can never have too much garlic!

    This dish is so quick and easy to make! One of my go to dishes. Feel free to substitute the pancetta with bacon.

    Make sure not to over salt the water heavily since using it in the pasta and also using salty pancetta. I used only a half pound of pasta and less cheese and it came out really good!

    I am a pasta lover and I can say that this was one of the easiest carbonara closest to original one. Tasty. Mushrooms are welcomed next time as an additional ingredient!
