Freaking amazing; make sure to temper eggs and I used Romano cheese and added garlic, shallots and portobello mushrooms! Scrumptious

Only used two eggs together with some milk, flour and ofcourse cheese. Keep it wet in the pan as it still absorbs some liquid off the heat.

Used this recipe a couple times now and it turns out great I add more Parmesan and garlic than called for in the recipe

Easy and satisfying! Used bacon and doubled the garlic. Also used leftover cooked angel hair pasta; warmed quickly in the same skillet, then tossed w the egg/cheese mixture. Topped it with some green onion. Great use of staple ingredients!

This was great. I like to add sautéed carrots celery and onions just to feel better about it as a meal 😂

This was delicious, and quite easy to make! I served it with a tossed salad, and a homemade loaf of Italian bread! The entire family loved it!!!! By the way, I used even more garlic than called for...you can never have too much garlic!

This dish is so quick and easy to make! One of my go to dishes. Feel free to substitute the pancetta with bacon.

Make sure not to over salt the water heavily since using it in the pasta and also using salty pancetta. I used only a half pound of pasta and less cheese and it came out really good!
