- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. agave
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (seasoned store-bought)
- 1 lb. pasta (anellini, or small pasta of your choice)

- pasta sauce (Store-bought, your choice, we used Newman's Own Marinara)
