Description
I find this recipe as a substitute for bolognese. Sausage instead of minced beef and adding the olives to create a unique taste completely different to the classic bolognese. Adding cheese is optional. I leave it up to the person eating it :)

- 200 grams italian sausage
- 2 tsp. green olives (chopped)
- tomatoes
- thyme
- onion
- garlic
- pepper
- 4 Tbsp. white wine
- olive oil
- 200 grams spaghetti

Directions
- Start with frying the onions, garlic and olives in oil and white wine
- Then add the chopped italian sausage (take off the skin) and thyme
- Finish off with the tomatoes and olive oil
