I made this recipe and I added sundried tomatoes to it and it was really good! The tomatoes replaced putting more salt in it. This was really good and simply.
Im not a wine expert but a cocktail expert and I paired it with a stella rose apple wine with a shot of apple ciroc in it. Crispy and clean food and drink. I did not add butter. You get enough oil from the cheese and olive oil

Very easy to make, took me about 20 minutes. It's delicious and very tasteful.

Wow! Super easy and amazingly delicious! Takes minutes and goes perfectly with some roasted vegetables on top.
