- 20 grams almonds
- 20 grams pine nuts
- 1 handful basil leaves
- 200 grams sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 peperoncino (fresh, red chili pepper optional)
- extra virgin olive oil (as required)
- 30 grams pecorino cheese (grated)
- 200 grams burrata
- salt (for pasta and to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
