I wondered about the amount of soya sauce when I read through the ingredients, thinking that half a cup was an awful lot. It was. The marinade just tasted like soya sauce. Way too salty!! I wonder if that was an error in the recipe?

The marinade was "okay". The honey, soy, or sesame (who knows which given the ingredients) gave it really overpowering taste that just made it a little too much, but then for something as simple as if it was salty enough I found it lacking. Even with the abundance of soy.
