- 1 cup broth (no chicken or vegetable)
- olive oil (to fry up chorizo)
- 1 sweet potato (large, baked and skins removed)
- 1 garlic clove (coarsely chopped)
- 1/2 jalapeño (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- salt (to taste)
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- olive oil (for drizzling)
