- seasoning salt (to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
- red chili flakes (to taste)
- 1 tsp. onion powder (optional)
- 3 tsp. chili powder (American, for chili con carne)
- 1 1/2 cups prepared salsa
- 4 cups low sodium chicken stock
- 10 oz. mushroom (1 can, condense, or Cream of Chicken Soup)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen corn (optional)
- 15 oz. light kidney beans (1 can, drained and rinsed well*)
- 15 oz. black beans (1 can, drained and rinsed well*)
- 15 oz. pinto beans (1 can, drained and rinsed well*)
- shredded cheese (optional)
- sour cream (optional)
