- 2 cups ham (cut into 1/2" dice, use leftover ham or a ham steak)
- 3 Tbsp. butter (divided)
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 1/2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup Hatch chiles (fire roasted, diced)
- 1 cup white cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 8 oz. shell pasta (cooked to al dente)
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 slices sourdough bread (sturdy, or other day old bread crusts removed)
- 2 Tbsp. parsley

Did not care for it. Just tasted bad. Im not a chef my no means but this one was just not good.

Well, I changed a lot of the recipe 😁 I only had jalapeños , so used twice the amount to replace the hatch chili I used jalapeño broth that I had on hand I also used regular cheddar cheese and frozen edamame ( out of peas) Oh, I only had a cup of ham so I added cut up cooked chicken
It was great even with all the changes!
