The recipe is great. Good balance of flavors, but i had to make a couple substitutions (1 oz tomato paste instead of 4, and a can of Ro-tel instead of the tomatoes and chilies.). Cooks so quickly and the smoked paprika is a brilliant addition. Served it with tortillas and the baked hot dogs but could also see including jalapeño smoked sausage or fried eggs!
Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that The link to the instructions is broken, so I had to search for a while to find them.
