- 1 red bell pepper (small diced)
- 1/2 cup poblano chile (small diced)
- 1 tsp. garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup ham (small diced)
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 3 cups yellow cornmeal
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs (each)
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1 cup creamed corn
- 1 cup corn (whole kernels)
- 3 cups peaches (yellow cling)
- 2 1/2 cups peach juice
- 3 oz. jalapenos (wt red, medium dice)
- 3 Tbsp. sugar (granulated)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
