This was good - I especially liked the turmeric and cumin in the dressing. One note - I live in Mexico where the corn is what is used in the US as feed corn. I used fresh raw corn in the recipe and it is a bit chewy. Next time I will use frozen corn or pre-cook it somewhat before adding it to the salad.
