- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season the tilapia fillets on both sides with the salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, and oregano. Arrange the fillets on the baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil.

This was so delicious! I was afraid it wouldn't turn out good or it would be too spicy for the kids, but it was perfect. I made it exactly how the recipe called for, just had to cook it for an extra 3 minutes.
