- 1 pkg. Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix
- 16 oz. pinto beans (undrained)
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 4 oz. chopped green chilies (undrained)
- 1 cup Mexican cheese blend

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Process Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix, chili powder and beans in food processor until almost smooth. Stir in chilis and 1/2 cup cheese. Turn into shallow 1-quart casserole.
- Bake uncovered 10 minutes. Stir, then top with 1/2 cup remaining cheese. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until heated through. Garnish, if desired, with your favorite taco toppings.
