The taste was good, but it basically became a casserole. Actual, detailed directions on how to build and cook the quesadillas would be extremely helpful! Written directions for the uninitiated would have made all the difference. I shouldn’t HAVE to watch a video & make the call on how much filling to add, etc.
Edit: I found a better way to cook the quesadillas in the skillet, and in my second try, they turned out great! I’ll add more spice next time, and some jalapeño. Tasty!

Are it so fast, I had not time to take a pic!!! I made this with the listed veggies and it turned out wonderfully!! I still need to work on my quesadilla flipping skills. 😳 My husband is a meat-and-potatoes kinda guy and he loved this too!!! Will be adding this to my regular meal rotation!!!!

Was very good. Added chicken, also mixed a green salsa to the cream sauce. Very tasty... even was enjoyed by the skeptics. Not your ordinary quesadilla.

Very good needs a bit more flavour next time I’ll spice it up a bit more. But over all very good, I’ll definitely make it again!
