- 1/2 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup diced celery (or jicama)
- 4 Tbsp. pickled jalapeno peppers (chopped, optional)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 3 English muffins (sandwich-size, split and toasted)
- 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (about 3 oz.)

Directions
- Combine tuna, Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, celery, jalapeno peppers and onion in medium bowl. Evenly spoon onto muffin halves; arrange on baking sheet.
- Evenly top with cheese. Broil 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
