It was just ok. Maybe some chipotles, jalapeños, chorizo would’ve helped make it more interesting.

Cooking the squash in the pressure cooker for 5 minutes with a cup of water saved a lot of time. Next time after I assemble the recipe, I will bake for 15 minutes

Delicious! I didn’t have any green onions so i didn’t add them. I also don’t like black bean so I used white beans. I also used a little pineapple salsa I had left and added a mango salsa I made. Everything together worked so well! Will definitely make it again.

I added a bit more cheese and some more salsa for the extra flavor. I enjoyed this recipe a lot!
