- 1 lb. ground turkey (lean, 93/7)
- 2 Tbsp. flour (preferably white whole wheat)
- 1 1/2 cups low sodium chicken stock
- 1 lb. frozen vegetables (mixed, I used corn, carrots, green beans and peas)
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

- 2 1/2 lb. sweet potatoes (about 4 medium potatoes)
- 1/3 cup reduced fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup reduced sodium chicken stock (heated)
