  • 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)

    Directions

    1. Mix oil, Seasoning and sugar in large bowl until well blended. Add shrimp; toss to coat well. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
    2. Grill over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or just until shrimp turn pink.

    Very tasty and not overly spiced. I used old bay seasoning and added extra EVO. Allowed the marinate to sit awhile on the tiger prawns before grilling on skewers. Will make again.
