Easy one dish dinner- my husband and I both loved it! Another reviewer said they added corn which I think would be a good addition. Going to try that next time. Repeat for sure :)

Super easy, delicious, and a family favorite! After it cooled, I added lettuce and pico with a dab of sour cream YUM.
