- 1 1/2 tsp. hot sauce (jalapeno)
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp. ground coriander
- 3/4 tsp. chili powder
- 3/4 tsp. sweet paprika
- sea salt (or kosher salt, roughly 1/4 teaspoon per burger)
- freshly ground black pepper
- 6 oz. pepper jack cheese (thinly sliced)
- 8 bread (Cobblestone, Co. Corn Dusted Kaiser Rolls)

as flavorfull as it sounds my wife and i were ready for much more heat. i still like the recipe and will try again but upping the heat. would try chipolte chili pepper. the salsa was tasty with chips
