Simple and tasty. It will be a regular in our dinner rotation. Used crushed tomatoes, a can of green chilies, subbed taco mix and added a little extra garlic and onion. Yummly!

Sounds very tastey, as all of her recipes are!! I think I might put black beans into the mixture for more protien!!
