- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 lb. catfish fillets
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 pkg. knorr cajun sides - dirty rice

Directions
- Mix cornmeal, salt and pepper in large, shallow dish. Dip fish in buttermilk; shake off excess buttermilk, then coat both sides with flour. Dip again in buttermilk, then coat with cornmeal mixture.
- Heat oil in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat and fry fish 10 minutes or until fish flakes with fork, turning once. Serve with Knorr® Cajun Sides™ - Dirty Rice.
