Shrimp and Grit were great. The shrimp was flavorful, the grits were perfectly cheesy, and the sauce complimented great!

This was delicious and pretty simple to make. I left out the ham, and to be honest, the grits are so creamy that the sauce isn't really necessary., so we'll leave that out next time. We had a ton of leftover grits, so consider cutting down the amount of grits called for or just doubling the shrimp.
