I followed the recipe and it came out GREAT. Wouldn't change anything. looking forward to making it again.

The basic ingredients in this version are good and so I used it to make a slightly different version. I didn't use onion and I added maybe a 1/2-1 tablespoons of white vinegar. Lastly, I put used 3 bouillon cubes in my water to create a chicken broth.

this has been my #1 recipe to go to when making collard greens. This is a no fail recipe and a keeper.
