Great recipe! The apples were tender and flavorful. I used Gala apples & a little more cinnamon.

Everyone loved this side dish. Paired very nicely with pork loin. I loved that I could use whichever apples we already had and didn’t need to go out and buy Granny Smiths or something expensive. I did need to double the recipe tho, and there were just 7 of us dining.

I like the variations you have
with the jalapenos peppers.

It was delicious! My Mom doesn’t have much of an appetite these days but she loves when I make these and eats them right up! Perfect side dish for pork chops!

Delicious!! I added them on top of pancakes with a side of good ole pork bacon. 5 star
