- 6 cups Imperial Sugar Confectioners Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (or milk)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract (+ teaspoons)
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 4 cups chopped pecans
- 1 cup flour (with, until required amount is obtained. Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.)
