This was a delicious and really lemony cake it was a bit tedious to make, folding the whipped egg whites into the batter was a little tough the batter before that was incredibly thick, almost like a light bread dough. I stuck it out and kept going despite this and the finished product was fantastic I had to add 15 minutes to the baking time, next time I'll make 3 layers. I had nothing but rave reviews from my crowd, it was a second breakfast but, it was really gorgeous!! I will definitely make this again!! Yummy!!
