This is such a good recipe. It’s like two side dishes in one. Used extra chicken stock. Made ahead of time and then heated up and served with grilled salmon.

cooked this last night came out delicious next time ill have ti cook more bacon. my SO kept eating the backn i had to cook more. took longer than 30 minutes once i added the potatoes
