They were great! I did add a little more spice to it and some garlic I like my patties with more cornmeal so I added more of that. They didn’t fall apart and tasted delicious.

Crispy goodness I added a little garlic and chopped up a bit of fresh pepper and parsley to give some color otherwise this recipe is identical to mine

Turned out good. Just not creamy like I like mine. Might try adding in mayonnaise next time.

this was my first time having salmon cakes i didn't have any corn meal so i used zatarans fish fry instead

My first attempt at making Salmon Patties. I got the recipe off of Yumly.com and tweeked it a bit for my taste. Very tasty and I will make this again.

I always add 2 Tablespoons of lemon juice and 2 teaspoons of sugar in mine. Also a shake of hot sauce. And I use a little more flour in mine. But I like the recipe!

I made these tonight and they were great! I added a little more cornmeal because I had a larger can of salmon. The patties fried to a beautiful golden brown and were delicious. I also added just a little salt to the tops of the patties because I am a salt lover! I will make these again..
