pork chops came out moist and juicy, very flavorful . I used bone-in chops which i believe have more flavor. The prep was not too bad, highly recommend this recipe

Turned out great! I was doing two thick, bone in chops, each about a pound each and 1” thick. The only thing I did differently was I cooked them a few minutes longer because of their thickness
I was lazy on the sides -Stovetop Stuffing and green beans delicious, quick, and tasted like something a spent a long time on!

Very yummy. Great flavor. Even my picky eater gobbled it up. Served it with roasted red potatoes and fresh asparagus.

I feel as if I didn’t put enough season on them. However, my son loved them.

Followed recipe except chops were fried in bacon grease.
