    Yummy! I didn't cover it with foil because they were thinner. Turned out great!

    Southern cooking should not be altered. This was good as is, and should not be altered. I would make again.

    If you omit the flour, oil, and just bake or grill it, it would be far healthier and just as good, if not better. I will make it again, but not frying it.
