They turned out great! Unfortunately the directions were unavailable, hence the 3 star rating. Thankfully I know how to pan fry, so I whisked together the wet ingredients in one bowl, the dry in the other, and double breaded them. So here's my own directions if someone finds this and wants to make them for themselves:
1. slice pickles a little less than 1/4th of an inch if you didn't buy the jar of pre-cut ones
2. start heating your oil at medium heat (adjust the temp depending on your stovetop)
3.mix wet ingredients well in one bowl
4. mix dry in another bowl
5. dip pickles in wet mixture
6. coat pickles in dry mixture
7. repeat steps 5 and 6 one more time before putting them in the pan
8. enjoy!
