Flavorless, not enough coating, not crispy. Should’ve brined the chicken and added LOTS more seasoning.

Super delicious. Started with 2 freakiously large Costco chicken breasts and quartered them. While cooking the 1st batch I noticed the flour on the on-deck strips were moist after a minute so I tossed them back into the flour mix. The five on the right are the double dipped. Cooked 3 minutes/side, always afraid to undercook chicken. I digress, fantastic, simple recipe that you can make to the letter or make your own substitutions with idiot proof results.

These turned out AMAZING! I doubled the flour, egg, milk and seasoning because whenever I bread anything I always run out of the egg wash and flour mix. The seasoning is perfect, lightly salt them when they come out of the oil. The whole family said they were the best chicken strips they’ve ever had. Thank you for the recipe.
