Had no idea that greens could taste so good... this recipe is absolutely delicious! I added a bit of Tony Chacheres and it gave it that extra flavor! Will definitely make again now that I know greens can actually taste good!

Good. I put turkey necks in the greens instead. I did not art red pepper because I have acid reflux. I don’t want to irritate my stomach. For the most part it came out tasty. I substituted chicken broth for cream of chicken soup because that’s all I had. I forgot to add the chicken bullion cubes Sinai added more kosher salt. The turkey necks were seasoned well and the meat was tender and juicy. In the future I will just follow the recipie. Definitely don’t use cream of chicken soup for your stock.

Loved it. Cooked the bacon and a cut up ham steak with a shallot and garlic first. Then followed the rest as directed. Absolutely delicious!

Not bad! I I used microwaved collards, totally expecting a disgusting dish-but it was great. If you used microwave steamed collards cook it a minute or 2 longer to get them softer and more tender. I personally don’t like collards with much of a crunch. I also added crisped bacon and bacon grease.

They were great. Never made greens before but have always enjoyed them in restaurants, these were every bit as good as anything I’ve paid for, if not better.

Delicious! So easy for someone who hadn't made collard greens before.

used BACON,fried 1st to crispy, added onion, garlic, pepper, salt, chicken broth, apple cider vinegar -(don't be scared put a good southern amount in there ) boiled then simmered on low for 1 - 1 /2 hours depending on your taste. came out southern scrumptious 😊
