Delicious! I had everything but adobo seasoning and it was still great. My mother said these biscuits are better than my “mile-high” biscuits which is a compliment indeed! Brilliant to put the butter in the freezer. It cuts so much easier into the flour that I’ll do this from now on. Okay, one more alteration I did was to add a knob of cream cheese to the gravy. Don’t know why, it just sounded good - and it was! Thanks for giving my old biscuit recipe new life! I will always do it this way.

It turned out great! I didn't have grease so I just used butter but I plan on saving some bacon grease for the next time I make this. It was really easy to make and tasted great!
